We are a family business and we are proud to be one.
At Fruita Blanch, we are heirs to a long agricultural tradition, having been growing sweet fruit for several generations. Furthermore, we have always made homemade preserves from the fruit and vegetables from our crops, exclusively for family consumption.
Now, after researching and compiling our family’s traditional recipes, we’ve decided to share them with even more people. So that everyone who wants to can enjoy the unique, 100% natural flavors we know so well.
And of course, we’ve done it the only way we know how: completely by hand, using only the fruit of our land, dedicating all the time required for each process, and offering the consumer the highest quality. Because the most important thing for us, as it always has been, is to preserve tradition.

The Blanch family has been dedicated to growing and marketing sweet fruit for generations. We are rooted in the orchards of Lleida, a prime location for this cultivation, which, thanks to its cool, humid climate, gives our fruit excellent flavor.
Our specialties are apples, pears, peaches, and nectarines.
For many years, we have been known to everyone as Cal Camarasa. But now, since we chose the family name as the brand for our production, we are also known as Fruta Blanch.
The recipes
Traditionally, our family has made all kinds of homemade preserves, which have been considered a delight by all who have been lucky enough to try them.
Some time ago, to ensure these recipes wouldn’t be lost, we began a careful research and recovery effort, with more than satisfactory results, which has now encouraged us to market them.
The guarantee
The entire production process of our products is completely artisanal, and to ensure the highest quality and maximum hygiene, the Fruita Blanch workshop has all the necessary certifications and regularly undergoes inspections mandated by the Department of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya*.

The elaboration
Jams, creams, syrups, homemade preserves… All the Fruita Blanch products featured in this catalog are made exclusively with homegrown fruits and vegetables, handcrafted without any added preservatives or colorings, and following our grandparents’ recipes, passed down from generation to generation. These are our family’s only secrets.
