The fruit in Fruita Blanch syrup is selected piece by piece, based on factors such as ripeness, which is essential for good preservation, and size, which must be uniform for perfect presentation.
The fruit is then cleaned, peeled, and cored by hand. It is placed in sterilized jars, which are filled with the syrup we prepared by boiling only water and sugar, with nothing else added. The jars are then hermetically sealed and placed in a bain-marie to ensure perfect preservation, preserving all the fruit’s qualities and flavor for a long time.
